Instructions

  1. Toss slaw ingredients together in a large bowl. Add cilantro and scallions.
  2. Whisk dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.
  3. Pour dressing over slaw and toss well. Taste and adjust salt, sweetener, and sesame oil to your liking.
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds and/or crushed nuts.
